The building which houses the Feathered Nest Marketplace began life in the 1960’s as a supermarket. Between then and now, it has been many things, including a pawn shop and a carpet store. In April of 2010, Praxis undertook a major renovation of the building in order to turn it into an antique and craft mall for its current tenant, who signed a long-term lease. The Feathered Nest Marketplace opened for business on August 6, 2010.
