In December of 2015, Praxis signed a long-term, build-to-suit lease with a franchisee of Andy’s Frozen Custard, a chain selling frozen custard throughout the United States, to construct a store on a pad site in front of Incredible Pizza. Construction began March 21, 2016; Andy’s opened for business on August 24, 2016.
